This kombu broth offers an intense flavour with rich and elegant umami. It is perfect for making miso soup stock, tsuyu (for udon, somen, soba, ramen) and other dishes that require a dashi broth. Diluted (1 part broth to 4-5 parts water), it is also ideal for marinating dried katsuobushi bonito.
