Green yuzu kosho, 100g
The JA TOSA REIHOKU cooperative is known in Japan for the rice fields it owns and cultivates in Kochi Prefecture. Besides its rice, the cooperative is also famous for a delicious traditional Japanese spice that is popular among Japanese, Asians and Westerners alike: YUZU KOSHO. This spice is made from yuzu peel, green chillies and sea salt. Originally from the island of Kyushu, it is increasingly processed in Kochi Prefecture, where more than half of Japan's best yuzu fields are concentrated. We chose it because it offers the perfect balance of pungency and the freshness of yuzu citrus, with no bitterness, just the right amount of salt for seasoning as needed.
