Sea grape, 100g
The sea grapes, otherwise called "Wera caviar", resemble a small bunch of grapes. This green seaweed has crunchy and very edible grains.
This green caviar originated in Japan or Southeast Asia. The Japanese name "umibudo" means sea grape (umi) (budo).
This sea grape, which is highly valued by Asian culture, is eaten alone or accompanied by sushi or rice, for example.
Our recommendation: Drain the grapes in a sieve and place them immediately in cold, almost frozen water. If they taste too salty, immerse them in clear water for another 4 minutes. Then strain and enjoy immediately. Tip: Serve the grapes with ponzu or kanisu seasoning or Sunomono vinegar.
