Our caviar variety comes from sturgeon of the type "Huso huso". Originally from Iran, Beluga caviar is an extremely exclusive delicacy, as it is extremely rare. The grains of this caviar shimmer in soft gray tones and have a particularly delicate membrane that bursts effortlessly in the mouth. It develops extremely delicate, buttery flavors and offers a lingering long finish.
