On the palate, it presents itself greedy and fruity, accompanied by an elegant acidity and a moderate spiciness.
Tezukuri Tsuyu is excellent with grilled cephalopod and other squid, grilled red meat, smoked salmon, foie gras cutlets, maki and sushi, hard cheeses, mayonnaise, cold sauces as well as deep-fried dishes.
