This traditionally made shoyu soy sauce is enriched by the addition of nigari, which gives its flavor a deeper complexity. A perfect match: In Japan, Kamebishiya 2-year-old nigari soy sauce is often used as a table sauce for sashimi, grilled meats, stir fries and tempura. It is also excellent as a condiment for vegetable stews, vinaigrettes and noodle dishes.
