Delivery
Deliveries are made by us from Monday to Friday.
Customers outside our own logistics are served by partners (Swiss Post / Planzer / DHL). Postage costs will be charged for total orders under CHF 300.00 (A-Post if possible, caviar is always sent by overnight express).
For online orders of alcoholic products or products containing alcohol, we ask you to send an electronic copy of your ID to [email protected] for the relevant age check and compliance with the AlkG, SR 680 and the LMG, SR 817.0. We cannot ship your order without a copy of your ID.
When picking up an order with alcoholic products or products containing alcohol, you must present your own original ID or passport with age information.
