Protection of minors - distribution of alcoholic beverages

The Foodstuffs Act (LMG, SR 817.0) prohibits the distribution (sale as well as free distribution) of alcoholic beverages such as beer and wine (fermented beverages) to minors under the age of 16, while the Alcohol Act (AlkG, SR 680) prohibits the distribution of distilled spirits and mixed drinks containing such spirits to minors under the age of 18.

If necessary, we are authorised to request an online copy of your ID!

Orders

We are happy to accept orders by phone or e-mail. Orders must be received by us before the order deadline in accordance with the delivery conditions for delivery on the desired tour.

You can of course also place a further order directly with us at the time of delivery. Our answering machine is also available outside office hours. The minimum quantity per order and delivery is CHF 300. A surcharge of CHF 40 may be charged for orders below this amount.

Delivery

Deliveries are made by us from Tuesday to Saturday (Sunday or Monday on request). Delivery is carriage paid to the kitchen or warehouse.

Customers outside our own logistics are served by partners (Swiss Post). The actual delivery costs will be added to the total invoice together with the postage costs.

Complaints

Please check the goods on delivery and inform us or the driver directly of any complaints. We accept complaints up to 24 hours after receipt of the delivery.

Exchange/returns

Your order is binding. In principle, ordered goods can neither be exchanged nor taken back. Exceptions to this are deliveries that have been damaged during transportation and incorrect deliveries.

Consignment deliveries are possible under certain conditions. In particular, it must be ensured that the products are returned undamaged and in their original packaging, including the original box.

In the case of returns, we reserve the right to credit only 90% of the value of the returned goods.

Prices

Unless otherwise stated, the prices quoted by us (by telephone, on price lists or by e-mail) are always in Swiss francs and, unless otherwise stated, exclusive of statutory Swiss VAT.

Prices are always quoted for the quantities stated. We may charge a surcharge for orders of partial quantities, depending on the product and packaging.

The goods are sometimes traded at daily prices and these can be adjusted to the market situation at any time. Accordingly, we expressly reserve the right to change prices, vintages, offers and delivery options.

Invoices

The invoices are detailed, totaled by product group (caviar, vodka, etc.) and handed over with the delivery. They are payable in accordance with the terms and conditions printed on the invoice without deduction at the latest on delivery.

Invoices can also be paid by direct debit. Please ask us for the corresponding transfer form.

We reserve the right to check the solvency of a customer. By placing an order, the customer consents to this check. We also reserve the right to request an advance payment or a guarantee before we carry out a delivery. We can cancel an order or suspend the order if a customer is not solvent or if he has overdue invoices.

Limited liability

The photos and texts describing our products on our homepage, in price lists, in newsletters or on product flyers are samples and are for information purposes only. We accept no liability in the event of errors or omissions.

Force majeure

We will do everything possible to fulfill our obligations. In the event of force majeure, strike or low production (Caviar), we reserve the right to cancel orders in whole or in part. Forward and pre-sale orders are subject to full and damage-free arrival.

Place of jurisdiction

These general terms and conditions are subject to Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction in all cases is Cham, ZG.
