Mikan juice, 750 ml

Mikan, a remarkably sweet type of mandarin, has historically been the most consumed fruit in Japan. Our juice is made from mikan fruit grown in the Wakayama region, which is known nationwide for its delicious mikan fruit. The fruits are peeled extremely gently, leaving only the delicate skin holding the segments together during pressing. This special technique gives the juice a pleasant smoothness and the sweet taste familiar from freshly eaten fruit.

Flavor: Sweet and smooth, not bitter, not sour.

Usage: You can drink it as it is, in cocktails or in water. It can also be used in pastries (mousses, ice cream, jellies,..).

Ingredient: 100% mican

Preservation: Store in a cool, dark and dry place. After opening, put in the fridge.
