This seasoning has a pretty purple-red color and tastes floral-fresh with a pleasant acidity and fruity notes of hibiscus, ripe pomegranate, acerola and basil. It goes well with seafood salads, radishes, oysters, raw vegetables and white cabbage salads. It contains no colorants or additives.

Ingredients: 30.0% red shiso juice (red shiso extract Perilla Frutescens, fructose syrup, sugar, citric acid), water, molasses, soy sauce (soy, wheat, salt), brandy vinegar from sugar cane, hydrolyzed soy proteins, lemon juice, mirin, kombu seaweed, natural plant extracts (chives, shiitake, enoki, radish).
Storage: After opening, store in the refrigerator, protected from light and heat.
