Crafted yuzu jelly, 210g

This jelly is made from the juice of the best yuzu from Ehimé Prefecture, picked by hand when they are perfectly ripe.

This juice, enriched with sugar and natural pectin, is cooked in small quantities in a traditional cauldron.

Impenetrable on the outside, this jelly surprises with its vivacity, freshness, invigorating acidity and zesty flavour.

Storage: protect from light, away from high temperatures, after opening - store in a cool place.
