Our yuzu ponzu is made from high-quality rice koji and is free from preservatives and artificial additives. With its creamy and smooth flavour, it goes perfectly with a variety of dishes, including cooked vegetables, tofu, meat and fish carpaccios and tartares, and raw vegetables. Enjoy the delicate combination of yuzu flavour and the aroma of fresh shiitake mushrooms.

Origin: Okayama, Japan

Ingredients: Koji paste (malted rice) 44%, soya sauce (wheat, soya, salt), koji salt, rice vinegar, water, yuzu juice 4%, dashi stock made from kombu, shiitake, salt.

storage: Once opened, store in the refrigerator away from light and heat.
