Smoked soy sauce, 450ml
The production of this sauce is complex and its secret lies in the exact dosage and timing of the smoking. To ensure a light and delicate flavour in the mouth, some of the soybeans are de-oiled before processing. The taste is subtle, smooth and extremely appealing. This sauce offers many creative possibilities for marinades, with a recommended ratio of 1 to 2 tablespoons per litre of broth or water.
Our ideal use: It can be used directly to marinade fish and poultry. Another method is to moisten a cooking tray wrapped in foil containing meat, vegetables or fish. Everything is then left in the refrigerator for 2 to 6 hours, depending on the desired smoke flavour.
