For Kyo-shichimi, the traditional production method is preserved, with the focus more on flavour than on spiciness. Our blend is perfect for sprinkling over hot soba or udon noodles. It also adds flavour to soups, chicken, skewers of white or red meat, pickled or sautéed vegetables, grated raw vegetable salads, carpaccios, meat or fish stews and marinades for meat and fish. Shichimi and miso are an excellent combination!
