Our Binchotan charcoal with eucalyptus flavor burns stably at a constant temperature without producing smoke or sparks. Its average burning time is about 4 hours. This special Binchotan grade has a carbon content of 95.9% and allows a charcoal bed that can reach temperatures between 870 and 1000°C.
