3 year-old tonkatsu sauce, 350g
This three-year-old Tonkatsu sauce owes its origin to the earthquake, during the reconstruction phase it matured in barrels and developed incomparable aromas and flavours. It is a unique product and a souvenir of the earthquake, which is why it is considered a special vintage tonkatsu sauce. It harmonises excellently with breaded pork, turkey and veal chops, but can be used just as well to enhance beef tartare, roasted or boiled vegetables, noodles, okonomiyaki and takoyaki. The addition of black pepper and red wine intensifies the flavours of the dishes and makes for an impressive taste experience.
