Japanese Karashi mustard in powder, 50g
The colour of this Oni Karashi mustard powder has been intensified by adding 1% turmeric powder. It is characterised by its strong spiciness and has gentle, earthy nuances reminiscent of root vegetables. This product goes perfectly with soy sauce, ketchup and tonkatsu sauces. In addition, it can be used to enhance the flavour of soy sauce to taste fermented "natto" soybeans.
