Yuzu is indisputably Japan's emblematic citrus fruit, combining aromas and flavors of green mandarin and citron. It is rich in vitamin C, beta-carotene and hesperidin, which have strong antioxidant properties, and offers a range of health benefits, such as preventing disease and ageing, relieving fatigue and improving blood circulation.
