This is the first gluten-free PANKO on the market. It is made exclusively from Japanese "uruchi" rice, without any food additives, shortening- free.

 Our tip: For best results, we recommend using panko together with frying oil at a temperature of 180°C. The result is a tender, golden and extremely tasty crust. Perfect combination: Ideal for breading minced meat, white fish, langoustines, oysters, prawns, fruit and much more...
