Panko consists of petals or flakes of white sandwich bread. Once cooked, it creates a light, incredibly crispy and crumbly coating that adds a unique texture to dishes. For best results, we recommend using panko in frying oil at a temperature of 180°C. The result is a tender, golden and extremely delicious crust.

Perfect combination: Ideal for breading minced meat, white fish, langoustines, oysters, prawns, fruit and much more.
